Acceptable files:
Most factories we work with prefer vector .eps files. These are files should be created in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Some factories will take ai files, psd files, pdf files, but most prefer eps. Some factories will take files from Quark, Pagemaker and Corel Draw.
Note: Many of the factories are Mac based. If your are was created on a pc based computer going to a Mac based factory you will need to include your fonts or any linked files or convert all text to paths or outlines depending on the program you are working in.
Unacceptable files:
Most factories we work with will not accept the following files: jpg, gif, word documents, bmp files, letterhead or business cards.
What if I don't have the right file?
We have come up with a very cost effective way to get factory quality artwork fast. Our graphics group can convert your art to a high resolution piece of art that you can use time and again for all of your promotional products orders. The cost to convert an art file is only $35.00 and normally our team can convert the file within about 24 hours. All you have to do is email your file to us at art@corporategiftpros.com. Believe it or not our graphics team can even create factory quality art from a drawing, letterhead, business card or anything you can fax to us for only $45.00
